No-Shows

Missing a scheduled appointment without prior notice affects our ability to serve other patients. Lab Results Discussion

Appointment Cancellation

We understand that situations may arise requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment altogether. We require a 48-hour notice for any cancellations. If you cancel within this window, you will be charged half the price of the appointment. For our members, a cancellation fee of $50 will be applied. Supplements and Medications Are Non-Refundable
