Appointment Punctuality

We value your time and strive to ensure that all appointments run on schedule. We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure we can give you the full attention you deserve. Please plan to arrive on time to make the most of your visit.

 

No-Shows

Missing a scheduled appointment without prior notice affects our ability to serve other patients. Therefore, if you do not show up for your appointment without notifying us in advance, you will be charged the full price of the appointment. We encourage you to inform us as soon as possible if you cannot make it to your appointment.

 

Lab Results Discussion

Lab results are an essential part of your health assessment and will be discussed during your next scheduled visit. This allows us to provide you with a comprehensive explanation and personalized recommendations.

  • For abnormal results that require immediate attention, our team will contact you promptly to address any urgent concerns and guide you on the next steps.

 

Appointment Cancellation

We understand that situations may arise requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment altogether. We require a 48-hour notice for any cancellations. If you cancel within this window, you will be charged half the price of the appointment. For our members, a cancellation fee of $50 will be applied. This policy helps us manage our schedule and accommodate other patients needing care.

 

Supplements and Medications Are Non-Refundable

Please note that supplements and compounding medications from compounding pharmacies are non-refundable. These items are specifically tailored to meet individual patient needs and cannot be returned or resold. If you have any questions, please contact the office

 

All Sales Are Final

All in-clinic retail product sales are final and non-refundable. We carefully select our products to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and efficacy. Please make sure to review your purchases thoroughly before completing the transaction.

 

Credit Card Requirement

To streamline our booking process and secure your appointment, a credit card must be on file at the time of booking for all services. This policy ensures that we can accommodate all our patients efficiently and manage our schedule effectively.

 

Late Arrival Policy

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time for services, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
